Whats Free

• All good photos (may look like I take 200 photos but only 10 may come out, so dont except every single one)  this can range from at least 5-unlimited
• All photoshoots, this means time, work, and most props
• Locations (the leads will always offer free locations)
• Travel is free if it's within our service area
• Barrowing items from the shared model closet
• Hair and makeup services if available. 

Whats not Free

• Locations that you choose with a price, the model is required to pay for all admissions and permits. This will only happen if the Model chooses a specific location with no free exceptions
• Your own gas and wear and tear on your vehicles when coming to shoot locations
• Extra edits of a shoot, you will get all the images, professionally edited and with black and white copies, PLUS ONE OTHER EDIT of your choice, but after that, there may be a charge
• Closet Items-you do have free access to the shared closet, but you need to leave the clothing with me to be returned that same day. No one can bring anything home with them
• You do need to provide your own shoes

Depending on the type of shoot. Most shoots are 30 minutes long or shorter; these shoots would be solos, duos, or even trio shoots

But some may run over that time limit, and those are 

group shoots

Group shoots, I like to define as more than 3 members participating in a shoot together at the same time, but sometimes trio shoots can go pretty fast. 

This doesn't include travel time

To cut down on time, please show up to the shoots ready, meaning dressed and make-up done, unless someone at the shoot will be doing your make-up and hair or you are borrowing from the closet. When this happens, you will be asked to show up early. 

We ask 4 weeks.  This is only implemented in case I have an array of shoots that need editing, and paid shoots do have to come first. 

But typically, you will get your photos within a day to 2 weeks.  Please refrain from asking where your images are until after week 4, if there is a holdup, I will communicate that with you

You will get just digital images via Google Drive.  Please download them right away. You will get full-resolution images that are set to print; you are allowed to print all images. The max recommended size for printing is 8x10. Due to the printer's potential quality issues, this is an issue with the printing companies, not on our end. If you have issues with your prints, please contact the printing company.  If you would like, I do partner with a professional printing company, you would just have to pay for them to be sent and delivery

There are times where weather will cause us to cancel a shoot at the last minute or even ahead of time just to be safe. Here's a list of some issues we encountered in the past and some that we could encounter in the future that will most likely require a reschedule

• Heat advisory- When the humidity is atleast 80% OR the realfeel temperature reaches over 90 (with humidity) whichever is greater, this may not always be an issue, but sometimes it can be for those of us with weather-related conditions 
• Cold Advisory-if there is a cold advisory, shoots will either go on a scheduling hold or be rescheduled.
• Air Quality- Air Quality rated at Moderate level (51) or higher may require a reschedule. Since I am the photographer,  I do have temperature disregulation, long covid, and lung disease, so air quality at that rate can be dangerous. However, we may not always cancel. I will be sure to test it out before doing so, because sometimes moderate is tolerable. 
• Thunderstorms/Rain- Thunderstorms and rain may require a reschedule if it's over 50%.  And the area we are shooting in is in that risk area.  Thunderstorms will always be a no-go once it's at 60% or higher, and our location is in a risk area. Rain may cause a reschedule if the risk rate is at 60% and it looks like we MAY fall into a risk area.  There's a reason for this. Thunderstorms are extremely dangerous so they would require more of a cancellation. Rain isn't dangerous, but my equitment isnt weather proof, so as long as its not raining at the time of the shoot, we can still shoot. 
• Winterstorms- these are usually for concern only for travel, so if conditions are hazardous, too cold, too windy or really wet snow, then we would reschedule
• All other weather risks will require rescheduling.

If the weather causes a reschedule NO ONE WILL BE HELD AT FAULT

No one is ever forced into anything in this group. If there is a group shoot theme you don't agree with, you do not have to participate. If we come up with a solo theme series that you don't agree with, we can do something alternative for those who do not want to do them. 

You pick your solo shoots, we give you the style for the shoot (type of wardrobe, like formal, or casual, etc)  and the colors, and the members actually have full control of getting their own outfits. We just ask to submit a screenshot of the outfit for approval before buying it, and a photo of one you may already have. 

Though it's encouraged, you do not have to ever participate in group shoots if you are not comfortable. Group shoot themes are created by the leads and then brought to the group for opinions and ideas. 

Yes, it's very hard to communicate as a whole when we have to message everyone on all different platforms. We currently use Facebook for chat.  Only leads can add or remove members from the group chat.  And side chats will be created for shoots that contain more than one model, and only Leads will create those, or we have a bunch of different chats going on. 

You do not need to keep the notifications on or the sound on for the group chat, but you are responsible for checking the group chat every so often or when you are tagged for important information. 

Depending on the shoot and props. Props are usually the models resonsiblity, since the group is free, and we dont have actual funding.  But the leads will try and grab things we can use for props if we can. We do have some things already. This kind of question can only be answered when we are planning a shoot. 

A lead will find a idea for a group shoot, after we all approve it, then we will take the idea to the group chat, and depending from there, we will take the next steps, usually its a go, and we create a side chat for those who are interested and remove members if they decide for whatever reason they cant do it,  That chat will contain very important info, styles, colors, themes all of that! Locations are also very important for group shoots. We have rented out places for shoots before, and how we do it is all the members doing the shoot contribute a percentage towards the whole cost.  The costs include food unless you don't plan to eat with us.  it will be divided equally among everyone, and it's usually extremely affordable. If you can't afford it for any reason, reach out to me.

Group shoots can take a few months to plan, so its a very hard process getting everything together. You must be serious about being involved in that shoot. 

 You are required to participate every 2 months. Your first shoot will be solo. 

If you can't make any shoot, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are running late, please keep in contact with myself; you only get a 10-minute leeway. (reminder that everyone in this group is volunteering their time) 

If you do a no-call no-show, there's a high chance you will be removed from the group, due to the fact its such a waste of travel for everyone else involved and time.

Not unless they are a member, you would need to have the contract and model release signed ahead of time if you want this to happen.  But you are free to bring someone along to watch
