During your consultation, we’ll discuss the ideal timing and location for your photo shoot. These details are important, as they guide us in creating the best possible images for you. Here’s an overview of how the season and style can influence your shoot:

Seasonal Style Guide

Fall

• Edit Style: Moody, but true-to-color (see image above for reference).
• Recommended Attire: Earthy, autumnal tones such as browns, reds, and oranges. Layers like sweaters and jackets photograph beautifully during this season.

Winter

• Edit Style: Moody or bold, depending on your preference. A bold style enhances rich, true-to-color tones, making it great for showcasing vibrant outfits.
• Recommended Attire: Deep, wintry colors such as dark blues, reds, and greens. Avoid white, as it tends to blend with winter backgrounds rather than stand out.

Spring

• Edit Style: Light, bright, and airy to capture the freshness of the season.
• Recommended Attire: Fun, pastel, or light-colored outfits. Spring dresses or lightweight clothing work well for everyone. If you need help coordinating outfits, please reach out—I’m happy to provide personalized recommendations.

Summer

• Edit Style: Bold, natural, bright, and warm. The “natural” style is minimally edited and best suited to certain outfits, but generally, bold and bright edits are most flattering.
• Recommended Attire: Classic summer styles—think breathable, colorful, and comfortable. I’m always available to assist with outfit choices to ensure you look your best.

Typically, the answer is no. If it's for the same shoot, that would qualify as a group shoot not a couple. Which the pricing would change. 

However, if its for 2 sets of couples where one does their scheduled shoot and another does one right after, that would highly depend on time, time of day, and scheduling since this isn't something I would typically offer due to workload. 

I accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Bank transfers, and eventually Stripe and Square.

I do not accept personal or cashier's checks. No checks at all. 

And all shoots require a 50 percent deposit the day you schedule the shoot to hold your spot; this is non-refundable under any circumstances. The other half would be due by the day of. Meaning you can pay for it all upfront, and if you cancel, you would get only that 50 percent back.  We can meet up to collect the other half, or I can collect the other half on the day of.  However, No photoshoot will start without the payment.  You will get invoices via my website within 24 hours of your shoot. But I will make a handwritten invoice if you pay in cash, just so you have something. 

There usually isnt much of a wait for a shoot schedule. Meaning, as long as I am available the day you need the shoot done, then we are free to schedule that (some shoots require a wait time depending on the shoot itself) 

as far as receiving photos, the turnaround is no longer than a month. I typically deliver the photos within 2 weeks, and if it will be longer than that, I will be sure to contact the clients to let them know.  It really depends how many shoots I have to edit and how much time I have, but they are a priority.  But I do ask to not reach out until the day after the 2-week mark. 

All shoots have the same required cancellation policy.  You have up to 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule your shoot.  If you do not cancel and just not show up, my services will be cut from the client. I offer some of the lowest prices in the area for the best quality photos and the largest number of photos you can find from any other photographer. I also deliver very quickly.  So, no call no shows, uses up space for someone that could have had a shoot that day, and it also is a waste of travel and time on my own end. The 24 hours is out of pure courtesy. That down payment is still non-refundable, and if you paid the full amount and you do not show up, you will not get that amount back.  That amount will pay for the travel and time wasted to the shoot. 

This is extremely important to remember and a very easy and simple task to follow. I am extremely understanding on reschedules and cancellations with communication.  

Unpredictable or bad weather is an automatic cancellation on my end, so you will not lose the full payment If I have to cancel due to unforeseen and uncontrolled circumstances, and you will be refunded the second half
